We’re always happy to hear from referring GPs, specialists and allied health professionals, whether that’s to discuss a specific patient or answer a general question. Referrals can be sent by email, fax, or securely through Argus or HealthLink. See our contact page for details. If this referral relates to conception for a couple, please include the partner’s name on the referral.
Dr Rozen sees private, self-funded and public patients. We don’t bulk bill in the clinic. Public patients needing fertility services or surgery are charged our standard consulting fees, and we’ll coordinate surgery options and provide clear out-of-pocket costs upfront.
We aim to acknowledge every referral within 1 business day. Non-urgent appointments currently have a lead time of around 4 weeks at East Melbourne, and may be slightly longer at Frankston.
For urgent cases, particularly fertility preservation ahead of chemotherapy or other time-sensitive treatment, please call our reception team directly rather than sending a fax or email. This lets us triage the case immediately and arrange an appointment outside the standard queue.
You’ll receive a letter following all consultations, generally within two business days. If you need an update sooner, particularly for a shared or urgent case, please call and our team will follow up directly.
The investigations below help us make the most of your patient’s first consultation, so the time is spent on next steps rather than waiting on results. If any aren’t practical to arrange beforehand, we’re happy to organise them after the first visit instead.
