The In Time program at the Royal Women’s Hospital, supported by the Children’s Cancer Foundation and My Room Children’s Cancer Charity, is helping young people with cancer preserve their fertility at no cost.
Dr Genia Rozen, Fertility Specialist at Genea Melbourne City and Medical Lead for the program’s tissue cryopreservation service, says the initiative offers families more than treatment, it offers hope for the future.
By breaking down barriers to access, In Time is ensuring that children and young adults across Australia have the chance to one day build families of their own.
